Our Partner Portal is exclusive to our leasing partners and is a platform where our partners can:
- View live apartment availability & pricing
- Access apartment images*, floorplans & virtual tours
- Search by apartment type or price range
- Enquire on an apartment, by submitting customers details to us
- Or, book an apartment viewing (choose between in-person or virtual viewing)
Better experience for customers
Customers will also benefit as you can access all live apartment details, including pricing, images and floorplans, helping them feel more confident in their home search, which results in a quicker, smoother process.
If you send us an apartment enquiry on behalf of the customer, they will receive a confirmation email that this reached us and that we will be in touch with them shortly.
If you have booked a viewing for the customer, they will receive a viewing booking confirmation email, with all the booking details and what to expect, as well as having the ability to then reschedule or cancel their viewing, if needed. You won't have to do anything else, as the customer can then manage their viewing shall any changes need to be made.
How can I access the Partner Portal?
You can access our Partner Portal by opening this link.
Logging in
You can log in to the Partner Portal by using your work email address, provided that your company has been onboarded previously.
If you're having issues logging in, please reach out to us.
Submitting an enquiry
You can discuss our available apartments with the customer and if they want to proceed with an enquiry, you just have to click on 'Enquire' against the preferred apartment.
You will be asked to fill out a form with the customer's details. Details needed:
- Customer's first name (as per passport, including any middle names)
- Customer's last name (as per passport)
- Customer's email address
- Customer's mobile number
- Customer's employment status
- Preferred move in date
- Does the customer require car parking?
- Does the customer have any pets?
- Does the customer require a viewing?
- Is the customer ready to reserve?
This information will help us tailor the conversation with the customer, so we can take the enquiry forward.
Booking an apartment viewing
You can also directly book an apartment viewing, you just have to click on 'Book a viewing' against the preferred apartment.
You will be asked to fill out a form with the customer's details. Details needed:
- Viewing details:
- Preferred move in date
- Viewing type: choose between in-person or virtual viewing
- Viewing date & time*
*Available viewing slots are shown in UK time.
- Customer details:
- Customer's first name (as per passport, including any middle names)
- Customer's last name (as per passport)
- Customer's email address
- Customer's mobile number
- Customer's employment status
- Does the customer require car parking?
- Does the customer have any pets?
This information will help us tailor the conversation with the customer, so we can take the viewing forward.

Listed prices
All prices listed are accurate as per the date of enquiry and are based on 12 month tenancies.
Different prices are available for shorter or longer tenancies. This will be discussed with the customer when we reach out to them.

Apartment images shown are indicative of the likeness and quality of the apartments. Window views may vary per apartment location.
Floorplans are accurate and specific to each apartment.

By sharing the customer's details with us, their personal data will be handled as part of our privacy policy.
The customer will be aware of Quintain Living's T&Cs.
Billing and process
Commissions will be paid in the month following the residents successful move-in.
- Quintain Living generates a monthly move in/fall through report and emails you (Partner Agent) a PO number
- Partner Agent will then provide a detailed invoice including the following details:
- Customer's full legal name
- Move in date
- Apartment number
- Lease term
- Commission amount
- VAT
- Purchase order number
- Invoice to be emailed to:
- Invoice should be received no later than the 10th of the month to ensure prompt payment.
- Partner Agents are responsible for reviewing reporting emailed and update records accordingly.
- Notate whether or not an applicant has fallen through
