Terms and conditions - for resident event attendees and their guests that are over 18 only
Neon Nights Festival
The competition is being run by Quintain Living Ltd (QL) whose registered office is at 180 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5QZ.
By entering the competition, you agree to the competition terms and conditions and that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by QL or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition and you agree to the use of your entry (image or video) displayed on any QL platform such as Instagram, website, blogs and resident newsletters.
The competition is open to Quintain Living residents and their plus 1's who attend the Neon Nights Festival resident event on Thursday 22 August. You must be 18 or over to enter. The competition is free to enter.
To enter, upload a creative picture, video or reel of the resident event Neon Nights Festival on Instagram or Facebook using both the tags @QuintainLiving and #LoveWhereYouRent or by emailing it to [email protected] between 18:00 on Thursday 22 August to 23:59 on Thursday 29 August 2024. There is no cap on how many entries you can make. Entries received outside of the start and close date will not be accepted. Quintain Living accepts no responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.
There will be 4 winners who will win a £50 Amazon voucher. The winners will be decided by a panel of judges on the most creative entry that showcases the resident event Neon Nights Festival on Thursday 22 August.
The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered. The decision of QL regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding. The winners will be informed by email or direct message within 28 days of the closing date.
The winners agree to the release of their initial and surname to any other competition participants if requested via QL and communicated in the resident newsletter. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
