Terms and Conditions for Day 10 of Quintain Living's Festive Giveaway 2024 - Residents only

By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions and that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by the Quintain Living or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition.
The prize draw is being run by Quintain Living (QL). The prize draw is open to Quintain Living residents only excluding Quintain staff. The prize draw is free to enter. To enter, upload a picture of ‘your home in Quintain Living decorated for the holidays on your Instagram profile or stories on Instagram using both the tag @QuintainLiving and #LoveWhereYouRent between 09:00 10 December and 23:59 12 December 2024. You also be following @QuintainLiving on Instagram. Entries received outside of the start and close date will not be accepted. If your profile is private, you need to show evidence of your entry by directly messaging us on Instagram or emailing [email protected].
There will be 3 winners who will win either a Dyson V11 Extra Cordless Vacuum Cleaner in Red (1st place), Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer in Copper (2nd place) or £200 John Lewis & Partners gift card (3rd place). The 1st and 2nd plac will be decided by a panel of judges will decide the best creative social images or videos showcasing the best creative entries from your home in Quintain Living decorated for the holidays and the 3rd place will be picked at random from the remaining entries. The winners will be informed by email or DM within 10 days of the closing date and must respond within 2 days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to Quintain Living within 2 days of being notified via direct message or email, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Quintain Living will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
The winner agrees to the release of their initial and surname to any other prize draw participants if requested via QL and on the resident app. QL reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
