Terms and Conditions for Day 4 of Quintain Living's Festive Giveaway 2024 - Residents only
DAY 4 OF FESTIVE GIVEAWAYS
By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions. The prize draw is being run by Quintain Living (QL). The prize draw is open to Quintain Living residents only, excluding those who are in arrears or residents who are Quintain staff.
The prize draw is free to enter. To enter complete and submit the below form via the resident app and complete the question ‘Guess the 3 Christmas films from the image below’. There will be 4 winners who will win one of the following: a £50 Five Guys voucher, a Pasta Remoli dinner for 2 up to the value of £50, a White Horse Pub dinner for 2 with a bottle of prosecco or a Masalchi dinner for 2 up to the value of £50.
The winners will be drawn at random from all completed entries received between 09:00 4 December and 09:00 5 December 2024. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. The decision of QL regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding.
The winners will be notified within 48 business hours via the email address submitted in their entry. QL will attempt to contact the winners by phone twice. If the winners do not respond to confirm in writing to the resident team within 5 days of receiving the first email, they will lose their right to the prize, and QL reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner. Winners who do not show up to the event, without notification to QL may result in the removal from future prize draws.
The winners agree to the release of their initial and surname to any other prize draw participants if requested via QL and on the resident app. QL reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
