DAY 5 OF FESTIVE GIVEAWAYS
By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions. The prize draw is being run by Quintain Living (QL). The prize draw is open to Quintain Living residents only, excluding those who are in arrears or residents who are Quintain staff.
The prize draw is free to enter. Residents must be opted in to receive marketing communications from Quintain Living at the time of the newsletter being sent on Thursday 5 December at 17:00. To enter, submit the Survey Monkey form linked via the News & Offers resident newsletter and complete the question 'How many Christmas puns can you spot in the December newsletter?'. There will be one winner who will win a hamper with 1 x Hotel Chocolat Velvetiser in Copper with 2 Podcups, 1 x Le Creuset Snowflake Cast Iron Signature Shallow Casserole 26cm in White, 1 x Set of 2 Ninja ZEROSTICK Stainless Steel Non Stick 24cm & 28cm Frying Pans.
The winner will be drawn at random from all completed entries received between 09:00 5 December and 09:00 9 December 2024. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. The decision of QL regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding.
The winner will be notified within 48 business hours via the email address submitted in their entry. QL will attempt to contact the winner by phone twice. If the winner does not respond to confirm in writing to the resident team within 5 days of receiving the first email, they will lose their right to the prize, and QL reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner. Winners who do not show up to the event, without notification to QL may result in the removal from future prize draws.
The winner agrees to the release of their initial and surname to any other prize draw participants if requested via QL and on the resident app. QL reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
