Terms and Conditions for Day 6 of Quintain Living's Festive Giveaway 2024 - Residents only

DAY 6 OF FESTIVE GIVEAWAYS

By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions. The prize draw is being run by Quintain Living (QL). The prize draw is open to Quintain Living residents only, excluding those who are in arrears or residents who are Quintain staff.

The prize draw is free to enter. To enter complete and submit the below form via the resident app and complete the question ‘Tell us the names of the 3 anonymous reindeers in the image below’. There will be one winner who will win an Introduction to Italian Breads half-day cooking class for 2 people with Bread Ahead from 14:00 to 17:00 on Sunday 12 January 2025. The course uses wheat, dairy and egg and it can't be substituted. The winner will be drawn at random from all completed entries received between 09:00 6 December and 09:00 7 December 2024. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. The decision of QL regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding.  

The winner will be notified within 48 business hours via the email address submitted in their entry. QL will attempt to contact the winner by phone twice. If the winner does not respond to confirm in writing to the resident team within 5 days of receiving the first email, they will lose their right to the prize, and QL reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner. Winners who do not show up to the event, without notification to QL may result in the removal from future prize draws.  

The winner agrees to the release of their initial and surname to any other prize draw participants if requested via QL and on the resident app. QL reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
