By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions. The prize draw is being run by Quintain Living (QL). The prize draw is open to Quintain Living residents only, excluding those who are in arrears or residents who are Quintain staff.
The prize draw is free to enter. To enter complete and submit the form via the resident app and complete the riddle by finishing the Christmas riddle ‘My body is round, with a carrot for a nose. I love to be cold, from my head to my toes. What am I?’. There will be one winner who will win a hamper with: 1 x Amazon Kindle (2024) eReader 6” High Resolution Illuminated Touch Screen 16GB in Matcha Green, 1 x NEOM Wellbeing London Wellbeing Pod & Bedtime Hero Essential Oil Blend 10ml, 3 x PT sessions with Antidote (worth £255), 1 x £50 Urban Rose gift card, 1 x Gaiam Restore Multi-Point Massager, 1 x Cowshed Sleep Calming Pillow Mist, 100ml, 1 x £65 Cut/Style and blow dry with Chop Chop.
The winner will be drawn at random from all completed entries received between 09:00 9 December and 09:00 10 December 2024. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. The decision of QL regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding.
The winner will be notified within 48 business hours via the email address submitted in their entry. QL will attempt to contact the winner by phone twice. If the winner does not respond to confirm in writing to the resident team within 5 days of receiving the first email, they will lose their right to the prize, and QL reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner. Winners who do not show up to the event, without notification to QL may result in the removal from future prize draws.
The winner agrees to the release of their initial and surname to any other prize draw participants if requested via QL and on the resident app. QL reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
