Here's a couple of things you need to know.
Referencing and credit score
In order to reserve your new home, we’ll begin with the referencing process including an affordability check to make sure your salary is 30x the monthly rent.
In order to qualify for our zero deposit we’ll need to check your credit rating is 439 or above once you have reserved your new home.
Reservation payment required £300
Once you have completed your referencing form, a link will be sent to you via email to make your payment. Please be aware that our reservation payment is non-refundable and when you move in this will be deducted from your first month's rent or security deposit.
If you change your mind within 24 hours, we will refund your reservation payment in full.
