The competition is being run by Quintain Living Ltd (QL) whose registered office is at 180 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5QZ.
By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions. The prize draw is open to QL residents who are 18 or over only, excluding those who are in arrears or residents who are Quintain Living staff. The prize draw is free to enter.
To enter simply complete the form on the Quintain Living resident app. There will be one winner who will win a pair of tickets to either Russ – 2 November, Scooter – 8 November, Conan Gray – 10 November, Ezra Collective – 15 November, Boris Brejcha – 22 November at The Ovo Arena Wembley. Ticket winners can bring a friend but one QL resident must be in attendance for the event and may be required to show ID on the night.
The winner will be drawn at random from all completed entries received between Tuesday 15 October at 12:00 to 12:00 on Friday 18 October 2024. The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. The decision of QL regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding. The winner will be notified within 48 business hours via the email address submitted in their entry. QL will attempt to contact the winner by email once via email. If the winner does not respond to the email notifying them of their win within 48 hours of the confirmation email, they will lose their right to the prize, and QL reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
Winners who do not show up to the event, without notification to QL may result in the removal from future prize draws. Tickets will be provided by the event ticketing provider. The winner agrees to the release of their initial and surname to any other prize draw participants if requested via QL.
QL reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
